Terms & Conditions for mlwb — Your Agreement with the Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mlwb platform at https://mlwb.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mlwb platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and mlwb. • You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. mlwb reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Accounts that cannot be verified to mlwb's satisfaction may be suspended or closed, and balances may be withheld pending resolution.

Only one account per player is permitted. If mlwb discovers that you have opened or are operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your mlwb username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mlwb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mlwb immediately by emailing [email protected]. mlwb will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. You may close your account at any time by contacting the mlwb support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigation is in progress.

All financial transactions on the mlwb platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mlwb currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your mlwb wallet promptly following confirmation by the relevant payment provider. mlwb does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. mlwb processes withdrawal requests within approximately one business hour of approval, subject to identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if:

• Your account identity verification is incomplete or pending review.
• There is an active investigation into your account activity.
• The withdrawal would result in a negative bonus balance prior to wagering requirements being met.

In sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, or the ICC for international matches). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, mlwb's settlement rules for that specific market type will apply as displayed at the time of bet placement.

In live casino games provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, the rules of the game as presented by the studio apply. In the event of a discrepancy between the studio's displayed rules and any other communication, the studio's official game rules prevail.

mlwb reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled as a result of a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's mlwb wallet. mlwb will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a voided bet.

General bonus rules applicable to all mlwb promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or betting infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in sports betting markets.

• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider where those transactions relate to genuine betting activity on mlwb.

All content on the mlwb platform — including but not limited to the mlwb brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and data — is the property of mlwb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mlwb content without prior written consent from mlwb. The mlwb brand and related marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without express written permission.

mlwb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By using the mlwb platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mlwb uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the mlwb platform.
